The Wing King is part of the Summer Smoke Off Competition, sponsored by Modern BBQ Supply. For teams competing on-site as part of the Summer Smoke Off, one entry into the Wing King Competition is included in your registration fee. This purchase grants you an extra entry. You can enter as many wings as you like, provided you have paid your entry registration fee for each.
You will be required to determine which category your wing is entered into:
- Spicy
- Sweet
- Miscellaneous
